I really love doing zero carbs on off days. I am staying so much tighter. It was hard at first but I am back to the point thats its not an issue at all. I am stronger then ever so its not impacting my strength. Just by dropping the carbs my body has recouped a little.
I am going hiking tomorrow with the gf in the morning then hitting legs in the evening. Hopefully getting some hiking in Sunday as well and finish the day off with some arms.
I donated blood again this week. Gotta keep the hematocrit down. Ate a strong edible 35 minutes ago, waiting for it to kick in :sta:-wars
