Personally I don’t see a point in fasted cardio unless you’re in the really low bf% getting ready for a show.
Fasted weight training is pointless at any time.

In the last 10 weeks I've put on almost 10 lbs while on a low dose cycle and very modest calorie surplus.
Plus I'm beating my logbook every week in the gym.

And I'm not disagreeing. But there is a controlled study that tends to demonstrate being fasted doesn't improve fat loss. I still do out when cutting because it's just easier but I'm not sure the science backs up the anecdotal observations.x2 Bestest time to do cardio
