After wasting tons of time trying to figure out which is the best and why, I've decided they all basically work. Some forms are better taken with fats.
Delta Nutrition Novasol has worked excellent for me. The only other one I have tried was the cheap Tumeric/Curcumin from Walmart and it was junk, as expected.
I take super bio curcumin from life extension. I've never had sore joints but my dad's joints were pretty bad and I got him on it and he said almost all of his joint pain is gone now so that's a good sign

A friend at the gym told me to put grocery store bought Tumeric in all my meals and shakes. He said the fancy joint blends didn’t work for him. I’ve been taking 3-5 grams of Tumeric powder 5 times a day and i feel some relief in my arthritic elbows and wrists.
I've typically had good results with the BCM-95. I got out of the habit of taking it after I was done with prep and after a few weeks I definitely started noticing more aches and pains creeping back in. Won't be making that mistake again...
I personally prefer the meriva. I noticed some benefits from the bcm-95, but definitely saw a further reduction in aches and an increase sense of well-being in my joints upon switching to meriva.
