I've been experimenting with low doses this year. I ran 10 mg/day for over a year (2018 - 2020) with good results. I only came off in early 2020 because of an injury. I was out of the gym most of last year with the injury and the covid lockdowns, so I got pretty out of shape.
10 mg felt stronger than I expected when I got back on this year. 5 mg felt like plenty when I tried it. I've been making great progress in getting back to where I was in 2019. I just upped the dose to 7 mg recently to try to continue the same rate of progress.
Even small changes like this make a difference with size and muscle fullness. I feel like I've made a jump in progress this week with the extra 2 mg. It feels similar in terms of mood and libido. I will probably up the dose slowly to 10 mg as I continue progressing.
I was doing 25 - 30 mg/day with my first trest cycle in 2016. That seems crazy high now. I'm almost 46, so I'm not sure if I'll run a big blast like that again. I didn't expect to get this much from low doses.
