It is not IMPOSSIBLE to lose fat and gain muscle, difficult yes, impossible no. It happens in untrained people that begin to weight train hard, it happens sometimes to people on their first cycle and even Olympia caliber people who took plenty of downtime in the offseason then hits the gas precontest they gain lean muscle tissue and lose bodyfat for a short period of time.

The OP saying 10lbs is what's stupid, but if that's the goal he is shooting for then good luck to him, I will check this thread to see how far he gets. The way he is going about things I would bet heavy money that he fails, but I applaud him trying and learning from it. I will offer him any assistance he needs in this thread if he wants it. THATS what makes this board stand out amongst others.
Kevin Levrone used to make some weird quick changes from normal kinda small guy to huge ripped guy. It's possible I guess.
Assuming you are a "seasoned" lifter i don't think you will gain any lean tissue , you can absolutely retain all you haveI know this does not make sense to many..

I have also never used androl before.. on am on day 5 now at 50mgs which will be my max
first 3 days were 25mg..I did net a slight headache. all good now at 50mg.

Definitely agree here. At 16 percent he has a good amount of fat to loose. Knock 4 inches off the waist the arms, shoulders will look bigger if they just stay the same. Chest/back too.Dropping 10lbs of fat and retaining muscle alone will make you look bigger
Myonuclei is something that shouldn’t be overlooked. Regaining muscle is a lot different than accruing new muscle.

Sounds like you want a dramatic "transformation". Personally if it were me I'd get some DNP and GH.
At the current protocol, you might gain 10 lbs but it wont be muscle. Just my thoughts.
