150 mcg ipo x 3 daily (mrg, mid day, last meal before bed)
150 mcg cjc 1295 dac x 3 daily (taken at same time as ipo)
MGF immediately post workout 67 mcg
IGF-1LR3 / IGF 2 67 mcg each 1 hour post MGF shot
I have continued this through my offseason as well. I usually go 8 weeks on the IGF1/2 and MGF, then drop them for 4 weeks before resuming.
I also switched the ipo out and used ghrp-6 for a bit, for appetite reasons as well as ghrp 2.
Now that I am contest dieting again I am back to the ipomrelin regimen. I'm confident that my stage bodyweight will be up significantly in comparison to my last showing, and definitely think that these peptides are part of the equation.
Oh, and the humalog was run 10 ius 1 hour pre workout, with accompanying shake 10 minutes later, 60 g sugars, 25 g whey isolate, and the same shake repeated intraworkout, and another post.
