I was 6'2, 320lb, 30+% of body fat. I have cut down to about 235 and 19% now, I would say that be careful not to hit your joints to hard. Injury is bigger guys downfall, you are carrying alot of weight

I have a torn rotator cuff and several surgeries on both knees, any type of stepping,running, squatting is absolutely out for me, so I just try to work on high rep high intensity cycles on the weights for cardio.
Thanks everyone for the feedback! A quick update: I am down to 265lbs, 26% body fat and getting really strong (i.e. my benchpress has gone from 3x10 135lbs to 3x10 275lbs).
