no one said it "couldn't " be done, but so what you loose more muscle and kill yourself for not being more disciplined in off season? You do it enough times you'll learn.

[lang=es]i agree with you about do not be too fat in off seasson, but off seasson not mean be fat, everybody can do diferent style of prep, but the importnat at the end is the day of the show be ready!!! so if you wanna eat and be out of shape later youy will need to do more work and possible a few more weeks too.. In off seasson i cheat 2 times a week sometiems 3 not more!!!
I dont like be fat in off but i win for sure a bit of fat and hold a lot of wather too....[/lang]

this is my rutine for today saturday!!!
Always 2 sets for warm up

HAMIES (4 sets each exercise, 12 to 15 repts) SLOW MOTION
standing one leg curls
lying leg curls super set with Dumbell stiff-leg deadlift
seated leg curls

GLUTS (what i hate to do)))
sumo deadlift 4 sets 12-15

CALVES
seated claf raises 4 sets 12-15
standing calf raises 4 seta 12-15
leg press calf raise 3 sets 50 repts

PLUS cardio 20 minutes on stairmaster more 30 minutes on stepmaster
