[lang=es]i agree with you about do not be too fat in off seasson, but off seasson not mean be fat, everybody can do diferent style of prep, but the importnat at the end is the day of the show be ready!!! so if you wanna eat and be out of shape later youy will need to do more work and possible a few more weeks too.. In off seasson i cheat 2 times a week sometiems 3 not more!!!no one said it "couldn't " be done, but so what you loose more muscle and kill yourself for not being more disciplined in off season? You do it enough times you'll learn.
