guess it all works better than not using it, one thing i'd do is go the first month 7 on to get IGF levels elevated then move to the cost savings schedule
If I did 5 on 2 off, I could actually do 5.5 IUs a day instead of 4 IUs a day. Would it be more beneficial taking 5.5 per day 5 days a week for 7 weeks or taking 4 IUs a day 5 days a week for 10 weeks?
Also, is post workout a good time to pin?
10 weeks isn't useless but it's a bit of a short run
7 days/wk would be better than 5 imo, if it's quality (pharm) growth 4iu/d should be plenty...if it's not then save your pennies
Is the idea of doing 7 days for a certain time aND then switching to 5 on 2 off that your igf levels rise and the gh will stabilize them in a 5 on 2 off protocol? If so, how long would a 7day/week protocol take to elevate igf high enough?
