For years and years my "go to" was P/P/L 5xper week. Recently, I have been feeling less recovered and my shoulders have been barking at me. A few months ago I switched to the Dorian Yates split: Chest/Bis.... Back.... Delts/Tris.... Legs. 4x per week. l am enjoying this split and I do feel the extra day rest each week is beneficial.
