Questions about HGH usage

I searched for threads on HGH usage/cycles and didn't get any hits, hence my post:

I got into weightlifting 2 years ago after dropping a considerable ammt of weight (fat) then was injured last year in an auto accident and was in rehab for 7 months, having a setback 1/2 way through due to reinjuring myself in a 2nd auto accident. I still have a couple of minor lingering injuries (inflamed bicep tendon and low back tenderness- thankfully only soft tissue damage there) but am back at the gym now and out of PT.

I'm over 40 and am considering using HGH in a lower dose, geared more towards anti-aging than bodybuilding. I ran a couple cycles of anavar last year and also used a couple of peptides, other than that I have no AAS or supplement (outside of vitamins, etc) experience. I'm thinking of grabbing something like 300 iu of HGH, starting out with .5 iu or 1 iu/day and working up to 2 iu and staying there assuming I don't experience sides to a problematic degree. Any advice/feedback would be appreciated!

I know it's been 2 months since this post but I didn't see any decent response to it. So here's my advice. Since you are over 40, why don't you make an appointment with an anti-aging and HRT specialist? Sounds like exactly what you want. If you have health insurance it'll probably even pay for it.

An HRT specialist will do blood tests and check your test level, as well as a full physical and interview. They then put you on the dosage that is appropriate and continue monitoring you, checking your blood every month, etc.

I'm not an expert on this forum, just a newbie that does a lot of research. Good luck!

hey whats up everyone iam new i need some advise on leaning up iam 29yr old weigh 237 pounds and iam 5"9 ive been working out for 6months now a friend of mine told me to run testosterone E for 4weeks and then stack it with stanzonol for the remainder of my cycle he said this wood help me lean up and also i use black powder drink before workouts. need all the advise i can get

first, you're not going to get much response in this thread! Don't go into a thread and ask a question, start your own.

Second, don't even think about doing aas! Get your diet in check! you're 5'9 237, your diet doesn't sound too good, and I don't even know what it is. This of course, is unless you are all muscle, which you wouldn't be asking for advice then.

third, 6 months is not long enough in the gym to be considering aas. gear will not "lean you up", a diet and cardio will. You want some great advice, take the $ you would spend on the cycle and hire one of the trainers on here... Alex, Phil, Shelby. You want proof of their work, go to "members photos" and search "transformation".

save yourself the headache and heartache! no offense, but you sound like you are carrying a high bf% and winny won't help until you are leaner.
 
injectables like testosterone in ester will keep your liver, lipids, BP, etc much MUCH healthier. You're also way more likely to keep your estrogen level in check (ie not rock bottom) and your joints and sex drive will thank you!

I thaught it still mess up the HDL?

hey everyone I'm brand to new to the forum, finally got in thanks Big A, I'm also a beginner, only done PH and research chemicals for my monkeys of course, I finally decided to go up a notch I figure this would be a good place to get good advice, it won't be for a while since my wife & I are planning our wedding plus we have a newborn so I'm burnt out cash for myself, my goal is to acquire as much lean mass possible, while keeping the body fat to a minimum, when I do this my usual way I loose a lot of size and strength its like I deflate, and weight that was easy to push becomes a big task to the point where my joints bother after a while, thanks

Hey guys/ladies, great to be here. Thanks PM for allowing me the membership. I've joined several other bb forums & sites, but I have to say this site is one of the most in-depth I've come across with probably only one other that's commensurate, dat be the truth. PM truly lives up to the domain name.
Anyway, a little about me: 31 yrs of age, 5'6"/168cm, 207lb/94kg, bf%15ish, hobbiest BB, no intentions of competing (although I'm told occassionally that I should), ran 3 cycles, first being the infamous dbol only cycle with NO PCT, imagine that, I'm such a rebel, even after all the extensive reading & research telling me do to otherwise, I did it, wasn't too bad, good experience, I'm over it, 2nd cycle about a gram of aas consisting of test proprionate, trenbolone acetate, boldenone undeclynate, & test enanthate for 12 weeks, followed with PCT of human chorionic gonadotropin & tomixifen citrate, wow I wasn't ready for that, physiologically speaking as well as psychologically. A certain professional told me that was the way to go so I took her/his word over what I've read time & time again as far as trying simple old test as a first cycle. I have to say, the 3rd cycle, 6 months later, being an "in & out" short test proprionate cycle of 100mg EOD for 4 weeks ran with HGH starting from 2iu ED up to 10iu 5xwk (numbness & tingling in peripherals was a bit much & eventually hampered training), followed up with nolva & HCG worked best for me as far as benefits to sides ratio. My next cycle will be testosterone (not certain which ester yet) with Hexarelin & CJC-1295. Will make it a short one if prop, longer if enanthate.
So yeah, here to learn, from others experience as well as the science & biochemistry behind BB & AAS. I'm hoping that I will be able to contribute to this site with some helpful tips, advice, experiences, experiments, etc, & smartly most of all.........on that note, man oh man, so much to read, even after a 12hr bout with dat's ever infinite knowledge. Can't wait to delve into Big A's endless input.:)

offshore swells

gday welly, i too work in the offshore game. i can easily gain 6 kg of pudding in a 4 week swing, luckilly i loose it on the 4 weeks off the rig. bein a single fulla i CBF cooking for myself and therefore indulge all the gear in the galley whilst offshore.
i was told at the dinner table one time by a dogman, "the more ya eat out ere millsy the more make!!! (more tucker scoffed means catering has spent more $ on ya). so lets just say i`d be puttin in overcycle in the galley, lol.
i always promise to smash the gym "next hitch"".
go home semi-ripped after a month and spin a few peeps out.

Also a brand new member and I appreciate all the info here. I am 43 Y/O 5" 10" tall @ 180. Just preserving what I got, which isn't much. More of the athletic type with soccer/wrestling in my back round. Not so much bulk, just the cross fit/P90 x type stuff...I will be taking the rips if they ever get here(first time with anything other than creatine, etc....). This will be for around 6 mo. to hopefully get a good healing vibe, as I dinged my neck pretty good. Had the whole ridiculopathy from C6,7 being pinched. I am doing huge PT and I am almost symtom free. Take Care
