I searched for threads on HGH usage/cycles and didn't get any hits, hence my post:
I got into weightlifting 2 years ago after dropping a considerable ammt of weight (fat) then was injured last year in an auto accident and was in rehab for 7 months, having a setback 1/2 way through due to reinjuring myself in a 2nd auto accident. I still have a couple of minor lingering injuries (inflamed bicep tendon and low back tenderness- thankfully only soft tissue damage there) but am back at the gym now and out of PT.
I'm over 40 and am considering using HGH in a lower dose, geared more towards anti-aging than bodybuilding. I ran a couple cycles of anavar last year and also used a couple of peptides, other than that I have no AAS or supplement (outside of vitamins, etc) experience. I'm thinking of grabbing something like 300 iu of HGH, starting out with .5 iu or 1 iu/day and working up to 2 iu and staying there assuming I don't experience sides to a problematic degree. Any advice/feedback would be appreciated!

injectables like testosterone in ester will keep your liver, lipids, BP, etc much MUCH healthier. You're also way more likely to keep your estrogen level in check (ie not rock bottom) and your joints and sex drive will thank you!
