I take two tablespoons every morning fasted and before bed. Seems to help with all of the above mentioned benefits. Dave Palumbo swears by this stuff.

and your still exposing your teeth to acid albeit diluted, over time this WILL have an effect.

2-3 tbsp in AM w/ warm lemon water in the am. 3-4 bottle cap fulls on noon meal (tastes good on chicken and rice meals I think). 3-4 bottle caps at evening meal. Ive acquired a taste too it but every AM I about loose it lol, I do a little shot of Mio to mix with it in the AM.

I usually mix 1tbsp in 12oz of ice cold water to curb the shitty taste.

I go through periods of not using it and eating a decent amount of sauerkraut with every meal instead.

Best way I’ve found is to dilute two tbsp into about 6 oz. of water and drink it in a few big mouthfuls. Afterwards, rinse your mouth with mouth with fresh water to clean the acid residue off your grill.

ACV is the only thing I’ve used that takes away the horrible acid indigestion that Tren gives me. For that benefit alone it’s worth it not to mention all that’s been said above too!

When I get sinus infections I mix Apple Cider Vinegar, organic honey, and theraflu and drink it like an old lady wrapped up in a blanket by a fire.

When I start feeling under the weather in the winter I swap the theraflu mix with antioxidant/ airborne tea mix.

Stuff is great.

In general, shot glass or mixed with 4 to 6 ounce water in a coffee cup and a straw. In winter heated.

I prefer the shot glass method with company. It makes non health people gag and drives off the 'tough guys'.

Depends on the benefit.

I started using it for sinuses and the caps didnt do shit. As a general health supplement they were beneficial (N = 1 sample size).

Just be careful what they are mixed with. If its just dehydrated ACV I would use them up.

I use the concentrated tablets because of issues with my teeth. Still seems to help digestion and bloat some.
