How many bros are taking this? What's the main benefit you get from it?

I take 12 mg daily of Astaxanthin. It's an excellent anti-oxidant. Not to mentioned, since I have been using it I've been told I look 15 years younger….lol

Been taking 10 to 12 mg a day for a couple of years. Not sure if it helps or not, but I take it. lol

I don't know if it helps but like I mentioned before it's a great antioxidant. I have several bottles. Might up from 12 mg to 24 mg.
