Old thread but a good read. Basically what I eat except I use stew meat and lean ground beef when cutting. Just feel like red meat keeps me fuller.
Seems like now days the consensus is cheat days or refeeds don't actually boost leptin or the metabolism but can still be beneficial. For me steak, rice cakes, potatoes, fruit, veggies. Not traditional "optimal" refeed foods ( high gi low fat) but it works for me.
