Big Mike just under 4 weeks out

your thick as hell...anyway are you planning on heavy's or super's ??? in the heavy's you would be one of the bigger guys there....and it seems as of late guys around 5-8 ish or so have been doing well in the heavy's as long they have the size and thickness to look like a super...

I say that Chris as I will be a Super not a Heavy and those guys are quite a bit taller and thicker then I. In the beginning we planned on me making the cut to Heavy weight that is why Dante had me keep my weight down in the offseason, going no heavier then 255lbs. Right now at 3.5 weeks out I am sitting at 242lbs depleted. I got some more fat and plenty of water to still drop, so I imagine I will come in in the mid-upper 230's.

Sounds pretty severe to go down a class. He looks great and who cares what class as long as he brings his best! Im certain that you Shelby will get him there.
