I have Ulcerative Colitis and my docs wanted to put me on prednisone. I did my research and self medicated with the LDN protocol. I've been in 100% remission from the disease since then. I do 3-4mg before bed every night. LDN has some cool properties to it aside from this as well.

I was a solid 215 before crohns, went down to hundred twenty seven lbs. before re-section and have made come back staying between 185 to 205. I'm not angry anymore, it is what it is and I have lived my glory days. At almost 56 I am proud of what I can still do and will never let anything defeat me. Clean diet is the trick eating eight times a day. Also know all the best restrooms up and down the east coast.(LOL)

Ain't that the truth. People don't really get it when you say you need to use the bathroom. You NEED it in the next 30sec. There is no holding it or waiting.

I didn't go out much for nearly 2 years because I didn't want to be without a bathroom. No way to live.

I dropped about 30-35lbs at first when I found out I had it too. Sucked. Now I eat no matter what. I refuse to drop that weight again.
