i usually grab a big bowl which has a mixture of whole eggs, hash browns, a couple sliced up sauages and a couple pieces of bacon, some melted cheese. mixed it all together and put in a bit of ketchup. I never get tired of that.
I eat the same thing every morning: 3 packets sugar free oatmeal, natural peanut butter. And shake with 25g protein from liquid egg whites, skim milk and one scoop whey isolate

0% fat Greek yogurt with granola
1 scoop Optimum nutrition Whey / Oats with water
Yerba Mate or Bang energy drink
