Dyazide is the way to go, but like most have said, if you are conditioned enough, and drinking tons of water, your body is going to keep flushing the excess...
I have never messed with Sodium as it seems to be really hit or miss, but may try during my prep to see how my body does with it.
Really, everyone is different, if you follow one person's protocol, you may not do well with it. Best is to be conditioned as far out as possible and cruise into a show...that way, you can do a trial or two run a couple weeks out
