250 dnp and hot weather + 45 mins on stairmaster

DRIPPING WITH SWEAT

Fuck I feel low on energy today, not very hungry, defo not as hungry as last week, think its the yohimbine in the DNP (mixed in with it) and then heat aswell.

Should be down 2-3lb by tomorrow most likely, churning it up like crazy at the moment. Think it'll take a week off dnp to lose the water and then I should be looking pretty much on point, 12 more days of DNP then 2 weeks on clenbuterol should do the trick.

Diet still same, might be dropping food soonish, depends what coach says.

M1: 1 egg, 200ml whites

M2: 200 chick, salad

M3: 170 chick, 2 rice cakes

M4: 200 steak, 300 rice

M5: 200 chicken, 90g frosties

M6: 170 chicken, 1 tbsp. cashew butter

Hopefully this will be enough to get a nice drop this week.

5 weeks out update

T3 going in on Monday

30 mins stairmaster every morning and 15 mins HIIT cardio post workout every day now

Training ever day now, gonna do double sessions from 3 weeks out I think, 1hr in morning 45 mins in evening, the split will be:

Mon: Chest am/ Shoulders + Triceps pm
Tue: Back am/ Traps + Biceps pm
Weds: Quads am/ Hammies pm
Thurs: Chest am/ Shoulders + Triceps pm
Fri: Back am/ Traps + Biceps pm
Sat: Quads am/ Hammies pm
Sun: Back am/ Traps + Biceps pm

Gear changes next week, going a bit fucking hard now

600mg Tren ace weekly is no joke, used 600 this week and never seen vascularity like this.

Felt drained, did a full re-feed day yesterday and that's brought me feeling a lot better.

few weeks left until show day, might jump in a warm up show on Saturday though :)

not gonna change anything though just keep everything the same this week.

Update at 11 days out from main show

Diet is still the same, but rice cakes are out now, just carbs pre and post workout.

Cardio still the same, 35am (LISS) /15pwo (HIIT)

Gear this week is as follows

50mg prop (mon wed fri)
50mg Tren a (mon wed fri)
200mg Mast P (mon wed fri)
100 winny ed
100 var ed
50 t3/120 clen

Coming off clen at 6 days as it can make you hold some water, and came off gh on Saturday

going to weigh in on Wednesday, should have dropped a little bit more by then.

last week I'm gonna take 1 inject of test p at 50mg and 200mg mast p then just run orals for the last 5 days leading into the comp.

I'll inject nolotil into each shoulder 24hrs before going on stage (1.5ml per side delt and then 1ml in each outer head of my biceps)

I'll also consider putting 2.5ml of nolotil in each lat if I think it will benefit me, I'm getting used to lat injections now so I feel as long as the nolotil is dispersed around the muscle it should give me some inflammation and make the lat pop a bit more.

did you try nolitol in past? i used 4ml in delts(2 each) but didnt saw anything significant

lots of oats, muffins, snickers bars etc, same as I did last time for last comp.

limiting my water and using dyazide this time round, but making sure to keep water in on the day of the show.

Looking forward to this now :)
