If you guys would like to see it, I'd be happy to give you my PowerPoint lecture on DHEA, Pregnenolone and Melatonin.
Please do Swale. Im all ears.
Good to see you posting here old buddy! I always appreciated your input
What do you know about 7OH (7-hydroxy-dehydroepiandrosterone)? It is the main ingredient in things like Lean Extreme. Alleged to be a cortisol blocker in addition to metabolism booster.
I think that's because some supplement companies truly were scamming by claiming it's a T booster, which it is not do because the intermediate metabolite, androstenedione (why IT doesn't work, either) is preferred substrate for aromatase. So it gets shunted to Estrone. Please do Swale. Im all ears.
Same as BigA and Stevo I thought it was Just some worthless overpromoted stuff you USE to hear about. I Havnt even heard Of Dhea in a Long time.
If its a usefull tool Im all about learning more. I didnt realize it was an abundant sex hormone. I thought it was a "testosterone booster" also.
Good to see you posting here old buddy! I always appreciated your input
I have no experience with it, but consider this:
Many people are suffering Adrenal Fatigue, a debilitating medical condition brought on by long term stress (no shortage of that in today's world). They need MORE cortisol--not less.
I speak in reference to low cortisol levels brought on by long term stress burining out the adrenal glands. It is treated with low dose (5-40mg QD) hydrocortisone PO.Swale-- would you mind explaining the need for MORE cortisol? I understand our bodies need cortisol release in certain situations, but wouldn't a constant large release of cortisol be detrimental?
Okay, here it comes.Man, I am glad to see you post hear SWALE. You have always provided great info. in your posts. I would love to see the power point. If it is in Microsoft powerpoint form, you could just upload it onto this thread for us to open it.
Also, could DHEA have any negative effect on fertility or RECOVERING testosterone levels (trying to restore HPTA after AAS use)?
I couldn't get it to upload. Sorry. I'm not sure why.Okay, here it comes.
For most, that's probably just right. So 25mg of DHEA twice a day seems to be the correct dose?
Ya, we just moved into the New Man Cave last month. Huge place. Very hapy to be there.Swale do you still have your clinic?
Well, I don't know hos "interesting" it is. LOLSwale, is this lecture available elsewhere on the Net? Perhaps Kaiser or Big A could assist in uploading this most interesting lecture?
