Whats up fellas, long time member, in and out on the boards through the years.
Last night I tore my bicep tendon while in a leg press, moving some weight and whatever I did caused it to tweak out and snap. pretty wild. Pain isnt bad but looking to get into some peptides since this happened as Ive read there are some benefits.
I did browse previous posts and found BPC 157, ACT1, and TB-500 to be mentioned as well as I saw on other sites, since the posts are old and things change, is there anything else I can do to strengthen myself up really well once im post-op? I want to hit the ground running here when I get out.
