2400mg three times a day is a LOT of pills. All I'm seeing for sale are the 200mg bottles.

so I gave this a try. went through almost 250 of 400mg lecithin.

Lecithin at 1200mg 2/3x a day
zinc picolinate 100mg 2/3x a day
upped my water.

Im not even kidding. My libido felt like I was on 600mg of mast a week. my loads got smaller because we had sex and I beat off that much more. when I actually forced myself to go 3 days without doing anything. when we fucked, i lasted like maybe 5 min. i didnt see how much, but had her bent over doggy style it seriously felt like I was pissing cum so much came out. no joke. felt like it just kept going. soon as we rolled over and she moved it was already almost pouring out.

other then that, we fuck like crazy so never really "builds up" stopped taking here a lil bit ago.

FYI you can buy bulk lecithin in the health-food store dirt cheap. I mix it in with my shakes, plus wheat germ a banana and a bunch of other stuff.

Once you load up with lecithin, 1200 mg ion the AM keeps you topped off...and yes, guys....use something OTHER than soy lecithin. Add Pygeum....it helps with the contractions during orgasm...I swear it feels like I am going to spew a testicle out of the end of my d*** when I cum..
