Anyone know the long term effect of energy drinks or too much caffeine in general?

That is the only monsters I like the reg ones that are carbonated taste like cough syrup.I really like monster "rehab". Not carbonated or very sugary. Main ingredients are of course caffeine but also green tea. It's sold as an anti hang over drink. Don't know if they sell it in the U.S., but it's very tasty and not hard on my stomach unlike the regular monsters...

I read an article about modafinil recently , and they implied that long term use of cognitive enhancers leads to diminished brain capacity (severity was not discussed) . As a heavy user of EC stack , yohimbine and adderall/vyvanse over the years I certainly feel a fog some days.
Might be time to give the receptors a break...

I can not believe I use to drink 2-3 energy drinks, 2-3 scoops pre workout, tea/coffee all in one day...
I drink em at work but now my company actually made a policy where you can catch a write up for energy drinks :/
A store by my house has full throttle in the fountain machine so i get the big 44oz cup and fill it up... i have a problemWho else is hooked on these?
I'm up to 2 sometimes 3 sugar free rockstars a day on top of my morning cup of joe.
No sugar but 360mg sodium per can.
If I go a day without them I get massive headache all day.
Anyone else?? What's your fav?
Anyone know if it's s myth that these are bad for you or they actually are? And how are they bad for you?
