Man, I admire this conditioning. It shows you are willing to suffer to get nasty.

I personally like this one. This is me at 50 and yes you can get to 5% BF without extensive drug use, just hard work.

I wanna look like this when I'm 50, but most likely I'll be in a wheelchair
