Smoked pork tenderloin with G.hughes sugar free bbq sauce shredded over a baked white potato. If trying to keep squeaky clean I’ll shred it over cauliflower rice.

Oh and chicken tenders breaded in panko and dusted with PB2 powder with garlic and soy sauce give me a Chinese-food dish

can you explain how you go about seasoning and cooking that chicken???
So I season the chicken with pepper/Mrs dash garlic+ onion. (It has a nice flavor.) then I wet it with soy sauce and roll it in panko. Then dust with PB2. Get a wire rack and set the chicken 3-4 inches away from broiler. About 3-4 minutes per side.
Be careful, it takes trialand error to cook the chicken through and not burn the shit out of the panko lol
