What happened to your friend?

If you're trying to make any kind of gains you wont be able to with Testosterone gel. It's pretty easy to find a doc to get it if you're over 40. If you're concerned about getting garbage from a UGL then you should use HG. Keep in mind that you will pay a lot more than five dollars for HG.

my friend got a heart infection he died of myocarditis i havent been lifting i lost my lifting partner and best friend i just wantted to find a test gel to stay normal what is hg by the way

You'll need a script from a doctor if you want script gel (AndroGel, etc.). The pharmaceutical stuff is quite expensive so you better have good insurance. My co-pay was $75 a month. According to the receipt, the actual total cost was $600+ a month!! Obscene.

Your saying his myocarditis was caused from a virus or bacteria in gear from a UGL ??

no he just got sick he got the flu or some virus or something

Some online pharmacies will mail you a script with the gel without having to see your doctor.
