I take 2 packs lean ground turkey (Costco) fry it to about 3/4 fully cooked, then drain, rinse and add bacon seasoning and water then simmer until water is all gone. Add desired amount of rice, green beans and soy sauce to taste.
Another thing I do is make ground turkey Pattie’s, put in air fryer and cover tops with smoked applewood seasoning then air fry 10 mins each side. After that I chop it up, add rice, cut green beans and soy sauce to taste.
Lean ground beef, pan fry until 2/3 cooked, drain rinse and add franks red hot sauce, franks red hot seasoning, pepper and garlic seasoning then simmer until all water is gone. Add green beans and rice (if desired, I skip the rice for this meal typically)
I rotate these meals every day (except for cheat meal) and never get bored of them. Been doing this for years
