The only peptides I have access to at the moment are HGH and GHRP-6. I can not source GRF 1-29, cjc 1295 or anything else at the moment.
I am looking to know whether my set dosing is optimal for lean muscle gain.
HGH @ 4i.u first thing AM (15 mins) before consuming my first meal (prot/fat) and 3i.u (15mins before) evening meal around 7pm (carbs/prot/mod fat)
GHRP-6 150mcg taken PWO (15mins before PWO Shake (carbs/protein) and 30 mins before bed around 2 am. On non training days I take 150mcg GHRP-6 in the middle of the day around 5pm.
I finish training mid afternoon around 2pm
Questions
- Are there better times i could take my HGH?
- Are there better times i could take my GHRP-6?
- For my pre bed dose Should I take my GHRP-6 dose 30mins before consuming my pre bed meal (carbs/protein) or 30mins after?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched across the stickys and have been met by a lot of different information.
