A couple months back I started getting pain right where I feel my hip socket is. That’s what I think at least. I could feel it everytime I took a step and put weight on that side. I was able to track the pain down to my back day where I do seated cable rows. Naturally I stopped and subbed them with bent over rows, T-Rows etc. The pain went away shortly after stopping the cable rows. So I know what’s causing the pain, but why is my question. I’ll make an appointment with my primary care when my schedule frees up in a little bit but I’m just curious to if anybody else has this issue or has had this issue. What was the cause? Tissue injury? Tendon?
