I didnt do anything except stop drinking @ 8 pm night before and didn't salt my food.
I used sorbet as one of the carbs that night and next day, so a little moisture in it, but just sipped h2o to take a few pills here and there.
had some diet pop in between judging with my french fries though
didn't use extra salt friday, (usually couple grinds of sea salt on just about everything is normal for me), then back to normal Saturday, although show day eating is never normal.
I was drinking 1-2 gallons everyday, (stopped measuring a few years ago-just take in bunch, whatever it is, it is) so just kept that going unitl that last night. I do usually consume 1/2 gallon or more of crystal light after 8 pm, so that might be an indicator of what didn't go in that night
