Folks,
After searching and reading here, I thought I might start my own thread regarding insulin use for a 1st timer. (For your input).
There are some very good threads, but many seem to be all over the map with tons of conflicting info.
I am researching 1st time, low dose (very basic) use and would love to get input here from experienced users.
I see many do this, and would like your input on it as it seems very basic/low dose (which is good).
Humulin-R (Novolin) $25.00 Walmart
Use 4 on / 3 off
-Post workout 10 IU insulin
-Drink Karbolyn (50 grams), with Whey (25 grams) and Creatine (5 grams)
- Within the hour, eat a meal with higher carbs/moderate protein/lower fat (looking for suggestions).
Normal meals throughout the day as usual. Ive seen some folks dummy it down to something this simple.
Experienced users, please share your thoughts on this protocol. What you might do different, is this way off, etc.
Looking to learn so I can make an educated decision. Again, I have searched all over, but I think a dedicated thread to new (1st time) users, with input from experienced users, couldnt hurt.
Ive seen some folks on threads yell at people like "can we wipe your ass for ya too, use the search feature, etc". Not looking for that of course.
Just from folks willing to help as something that has potential for danger, IMO there are no dumb questions.
Thx to anyone who might want to chime in.
