Inzer xt elbow sleeves/ metal powerliftng forearm wrap

Has anyone used either product to train through an injury... specifically tendonitis?

The elbow sleeves are great. Personally when I wear them I will put on a neoprene sleeve first then the Inzer, way more comfy and more support.

Great for speed work to help protect the bows.

The forearm wrap I thought was garbage. Used it for the first time last week and it didn't do anything for me.

The elbow wraps from metal looks like it might be totally useless.

Got the inzers and I agree they are great. Can't imagine using them with neoprene wraps. Seems like it would be a bit too much.

I haven't used those, but I've been wanting to order a couple compression cuffs like these:

You get a lot of rebound out of the inzer sleeves they are basically wraps.. I had bad elbow tendinitis a few months ago and nothing helped like taking two weeks off then elbow sleeves for every workout when I came back
