So just have a question. Dosing the ipam at 500mcg and grf at 100 per shot, 3 times daily right now. Wondering on the best time to dose this? currently I workout in the morning after eating breakfast, so I take my shot about 1 hr-1hr 30 mins post breakfast, then start lifting about 1 hour post admin, then cardio starts 2 hours post admin. Then my question is would it benefit me to take my 2nd dose post workout? or should I wait until later in the afternoon like around midday to dose it in order to spread it out? My last dose is of course bedtime. My goals are to lose fat right now while maintaining muscle. im running 600mg test right now fyi to help maintain muscle while in caloric deficit. So please help me decide if I should be taking my 2nd dose Post workout, or later in the day to spread out the effects.
