Sorry I haven't updating in a bit. Working swing shifts which are screwing up my schedule!

Everything is going great!! This Synthetine and Syntheselen stack is working wonders!! Weight is coming off and my upper body is beginning to pull itself back into place. Will get an updated pic posted within the next couple of days.

Synthepure is being added to most of my meals now. I went ahead and made some Synthepure Protein Enriched Pesto Pasta! For those interested in giving it a try, here is the recipe:

Pasta Dough Recipe
3 eggs
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup Synthetek Synthepure

1) Beat eggs, water and oil in stand mixer on low until blended.
2) Divide flour and Synthepure mixture into 3 equal parts. Mix in 1 part at a time until dough clumps.
3) Divide dough into 3 balls (if balls feel wet add 1 tbs flour at a time until dough is tacky).
4) Replace mixer blade with dough hook and knead for 5 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic. Let rest for 20 minutes at room temp.
5) Cut dough into quarters and flatten one piece. Dust with flour take remaining pieces and wrap plastic wrap to prevent drying.
6) Attach pasta roller (setting #1). Turn mixer to medium speed, feed dough through 3 times. If dough feels tacky, dust with flour as rolling. Let flattened dough rest of flour for 10 minutes.
7) Replace roller attachment with Fettuccini attachment and run pasta dough through. Fettuccini is done and ready for water. Put aside on sheet dusted with flour.

So with that I made a chicken meal:

Chicken with Pesto Pasta (Synthepure Enriched)
3 cups chopped fresh Basil
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tbsp garlic
1/2 tsp chili powder

1) Pasta Dough Recipe
2) Mix the above in a blender until creamy (this will be the sauce).
3) Grille or bake 8oz of chicken, salt/pepper (to taste). Slice into pieces and toss with pasta and pesto.

Wow Iron your meals are putting Chef's recipes to shame:D

Sorry had phone issues and was waiting for my new one to land. Yes I have another recipe that I just need to type up and get a pic posted.

Here is an updated pic. Hovering right around 250lbs right now. Strength is way up and energy is through the roof!

You can definitely see the changes big man...Looks like you're doing a great job, keep pushing!
 
Chicken w/ Rice ~ fresh Green Beans w/ Ginger and Onions

Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp Canola oil
3/4 lb fresh Green Beans (cut to 1" pieces)
1 small yellow Onion
1 ounce fresh Ginger (cut into match sticks)
1 lg Garlic clove (sliced thin)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce (low sodium)
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 scoop Synthepure

STEP #1:
Heat wok or large fry pan for 90 seconds ~ add oil

Step #2:

Add beans, onions, ginger to hot oil. Let cook even spaced fro 90 seconds ~ add carlic and book for 90 seconds.

Step #3:
Mix Soy sauce, sugar, 1 scoop Synthepure together ~ Pour into pan and turn off heat and toss.

STEP #4:
Take 8oz Chicken that was already baked or grilled and slice into strips ~ toss with vegetables and place over Rice.

Chicken & Mushrooms w/ Green Beans

Was a good cheat day meal. Some times you have to have something fried:)

Ingredients:
8oz Chicken
2 cups Pinot Grigio
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup coconut oil
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 cup Porta Bella Mushrooms
1/2 cup Synthepure Protein

Instructions:
Melt coconut oil in skillet.
Whisk eggs, then dip chicken in egg mixture and then into the bread crumbs.
Fry until golden and let rest on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Remove excess oil from skillet.
Reheat skillet and saute onions and mushrooms until golden.
Add wine and heat 5 minutes to reduce, stir in Synthepure Protein powder until sauce thickens.
Add chicken and serve.

Green beans + Mushrooms.
Use 2 tbs remaining coconut oil and saute onions and mushrooms together and add green beans until tender.

Serve with chicken!
