Light Clenbuterol use to prevent fat gain?

Hi guys.


I was wondering what people thought of utilizing a VERY low dose of Clenbuterol during bulking cycles, or throughout the year, as a way to keep fat from accumulating?

Is this a very unhealthy or unfriendly thing to do to our hearts?

For example, we all know that most bodybuilders will put on some extra fat in the off season during a typical bulking cycle. In this case, would utilizing Clenbuterol at a low dose (i.e., 20mcg a day) be beneficial?

True. I wouldn't use it long term.
 
20 mcg is very low, but like the others are saying don't rely on clen. Cardio and diet first.

Diet is the key for sure. Clen really should only be used one month on, one month off, and 2 days on, 2 days off during the month you use it unless you add ketotifen to keep your clenbuterol receptors clean.
 
I totally understand the complete mind fuck of trying to stay lean WHILE getting bigger. But screw the clen...especially low-dosed.

If you are set on throwing some fat burner-type thing in there. Maybe some EC stack pre-cardio and L-carn. I'm doing that + carb cycling at the moment.
Goal is lean mass gains.
 
A lot of people are going low test/high Tren for recomp purposes these days. For putting on mass....I like using high test/low Tren. 200mg/week of Tren along with whatever test dosage you want to run will go a long way to stop gaining fat while putting on muscle. Like others have said....diet is key to getting the results you want in any cycle. All the Tren in the world won't stop you from gaining fat if you are hitting the fast food drive through and all you can eat buffets on a regular basis.
