MK677 Bloat

I lowered the does of mk to just above 1ml and bloat went down a lot. Also added in aromasin. Can believe how much weight I am up from starting about two months ago at 209 and now sitting at 220.

Stomach is bloated but still have some abs when flexed. It's amazing how this stuff will make you so soft. I normally have good abs but with this I look fat a bit for me.
It kills all the muscle striations I had, but I just keep telling myself it's bloat and it's not my diet. Shit plays with my head a bit!

it does man....just gotta tough it out. i think during a bulk when you are really trying to grow it's worth the recovery and better sleep. especially now that we're hitting fall...stay away from the pool and you should be alright!

i wouldn't run it on a cut though personally, it would DEFINITELY fuck with my head way too much.

When I added in diazide I had zero bloat.

I found when my potassium intake is high and my sodium intake is low I get barely any bloat
