Hey guys, 1st post here, long time reader though.
I'm thinking about riding my bike to work to force myself to do cardio (I love outdoor cardio, find gym cardio to be miserable and grueling).
I ride hard as fuck and it takes me about an hour to get from home to the office.
Just wanted some expert opinion feedback here...
Goal is to burn fat, have plenty to lose right now.
I would have to start riding as soon as I wake up, way to early to eat a solid meal and let it digest.
Question is, do you think I should do my morning ride completely fasted, or do you think I should drink a carb drink pre-ride (which I would likely use synthetine with).
