Morning Bike Ride (1hr) fasted or not fasted?

Hey guys, 1st post here, long time reader though.

I'm thinking about riding my bike to work to force myself to do cardio (I love outdoor cardio, find gym cardio to be miserable and grueling).

I ride hard as fuck and it takes me about an hour to get from home to the office.

Just wanted some expert opinion feedback here...

Goal is to burn fat, have plenty to lose right now.

I would have to start riding as soon as I wake up, way to early to eat a solid meal and let it digest.

Question is, do you think I should do my morning ride completely fasted, or do you think I should drink a carb drink pre-ride (which I would likely use synthetine with).

Fasted and eat when you get there. I didn't like the idea and let my self go for about 6 month. I'm 3 months back into with am cardio and I have put on size and dropped body weight tremdesouly.
 
Since your goal is to lose fat, fasted is what I would do.
 
Fasted cardio is proven to burn more fat than unfasted .

Yeah, I'm definitely in for fasted cardio.

Just to clarify, the main reason I asked is because:

1) This isn't exactly slow steady state cardio. I'm busting my ass to make it only a 1 hour ride.

2) It is a full hour, not just 30-40 minutes.

I do HIIT fasted sometimes. Unless you're trying to put on heaps of muscle, the pros outweigh the cons.

BTW, does anyone know the effective dosage length of Synthetine?

What I'm trying to figure out is, if I take synthetine the night before, will it be every bit as effective as if I took it right before a workout? Or is it shorting acting than that?
 
In my opinion I think the best bet would be to do it while fasted to get best results. If you eat something you will just be burning off the calories that were ingested because your body will use it as fuel. If there is nothing in your stomach your body will go to your fat reservoir to fuel your system hence losing fat. Hope this helps and good luck
 
The best way to cut is 2iu's of GH in the AM with fasted cardio. Wait at least one hour after cardio to have anything.

you will feel a little hypoglycemia after you get up, so I suggest you can drink or eat something will be better to do cardio
 
how many miles u riding in that hour? how soon after are u gonna eat?
riding "hard as fuck" for an hour with no food b4 is most likely gonna make u so hungry ur gonna overeat later. aint like yr doing simple intervals for 20 minutes. that could be done fasted easy. riding 18-20 miles is another thing altogether.
