Make sure you are super on point with the physical therapy at home send at the pt office. I had surgery in March and was on point with PT but the way I slept messed me up and got some scar tissue that I'm having worked on by a Rolfer. But if you are going to use BPC157 I'd suggest getting on that right away.

1 mg a day isn't too bad but you will honestly see crazy fast recovery at 5mg Everday for a week. I've healed up some nagging injuries for good at 30mg a week. Zero side effects but it works fast at that dose. Night and day

What is the deal with this stuff again? Mix with a few ml of Bac water or Acetic Acid 0.6%? I have both. Also you guys refrigerate after mixing like is done with HCG?

Not sure if you can use acetic acid but I use bac water and do it just like with hcg in regards to mixing and keep it refrigerated
