Peptopro and Karbolyn mix

If I go hypo using carbs intra workout can I stick to peptopro intra and carbs post?

this is why you want some fat in your preworkout meal. It will help slow down the entry of glucose into your bloodstream and prevent this.

People that know me from years back remember I was a BIG pre-intra-powo junkie years before all this stuff came pre-mixed -filled in funny shape bottles with pretty labels and priced over 300% more than it was worth to pay for the advertising.

My favorite mix is the powdered muscle which I asked True Nutrition to custom mix for me and then they wanted to put it put it out as a regular product since so many people had requested it.

Honestly it's a one stop shop for just about everything I needed, and the taste and pumps are insane. A blend of whey ion x and pepto pro, Swedish Oat Starch, Vitamin C, magnesium, Sea Salt, powdered glycerol, CreaPure brand creatine, and L-Glutamine. Simple cheap and effective.
 
Massive...or anyone that knows....how do we find out how much of each individual ingrediant is in Powdered Muscle? I am sure some would love to know including myself.

I see 15,25,40, and even 50g peptopro being used intra workout. What is the general consensus of what you guys use? When using Peptopro, less is more, right?
How much should a 230lb bodybuilder that is trying to grow use?

I will be using it with Karbolyn and more than likely getting it from TrueNutrition. Where do you get your peptopro?

This is what I use when I train. I really like the results and the fruit prunch flavor isn't bad.

Ive never found peptopro to ever taste palatable in any flavors but fruit flavors because it has a bitter aftertaste so i push people toward lemonade flavors or some kind of tart flavoring which seems to do the trick...grape probably would work well too but ive never tried it

Because peptopro is made primarily of di and tri peptides, it will literally be absorbed into your bloodstream within minutes. You don't need 40g of amino acids in your blood in one shot to stimulate protein synthesis, so you can use less prptopro.

I've seen individuals around your bodyweight use 20g peptopro along with a carb powder (like karboload).

Remember it is change sin blood amino acid concentration that stimulate protein synthesis, not simply the levels of amino acids in your blood. So by manipulating the ultra fast absorption of peptopro, you can really stimulate the receptors on your muscles that upregulate muscle protein synthesis. You might be able to further enhance the effect by using some whey as well, which would keep blood amino acid levels elevated after the initial hit from the peptopro (just speculating here though).
 
this week we are releasing GLYCOFUSE (Gaspari). The taste is awesome and is 100% pure cyclic cluster dextrin. With the intraworkout drink, you want the lowest osmalarity aka fastest gastric clearance and largest surge in liver glycogen...

Vitargo is best here, but does not mix well and is the highest price wise = Osmalarity =64

glycofuse mixes instantly in water and adds albion minerals for electrolytes = osmalarity = 66

Karbolyn tastes great but can get a little syrupy as workout goes on = osmalarity = 80

Karbolic does not mix all that well, is higher in price than both karbolyn and glycofuse and has the highest osmalarity by far at 142


My personal intraworkout will be strawberry kiwi or orange mango glycofuse at 75-150 grams depending on bodypart, mixed with 30-40 grams PEPTOPRO from truenutrition and probably 1 scoop of our aminolast BCAA product... all with about 60 oz water

It seemed at first glance that both Karbolyn, karbolic and Karboload were composed of a blend of long, medium and short chain polysaccharides from potato, rice and corn. (at least that is what the labels say for all three of them)

Recovery and duration during workout went up and I mean way up. I feel good during workout and on legs and backs day I don't want to just lay on the ground and die.

Price: expensive...duh lol

Karbolyn...hands down the best damn carb supplement I have ever tried. It's like micronized powder and it mixes good but tastes fucking amazing! Actually it's kind of too sweet unless you add enough water to it.

Peptopro...mixes amazingly but taste and after taste from hell.


Problem...how can I improve the taste. I put 51g karbolyn, 2 servings of peptopro(which is 26g of protein), in 1.2 liter of water...tastes like shit and dries out my mouth pretty darn bad.

So how you guys mixing them? I'm going to add more water but anything else?

P.S. I could do 10iu of humulin and not even get close to finish my drink and never go hypo but before karbolyn I would which is weird...even when I in took high amount of carbs.

You went hypo on more carbs before this? The karbolyn helped huh. I LIKE THE SOUND OF THAT. My pre/infra/post shakes make me feel like puking while on slin. Hell even without I get nauseous.

i love your peptopro when mixed with a carb/bcaa supplement with like flavoring. i saw on intense muscle where you say the cost/benefit ratio of high dosed BCAAs pre/intra/post and before bedtime is better bang for your buck than using peptopro. if money isn't an option would you go peptopro over BCAAs?

You never found peptopro to taste bad with other stuff mixed or do you mean by it self in general?

Have you ever tried VPX No SYNTHASIZE ??? It is PeptoPro Protein I mix it with my waxy maize but it taste damn delicious.

john uses a specially formulated supplement that is really only available to his trainees. It is damn good stuff and the company that makes it is pretty fucking awesome

Anyone know osmolarity of BCAAs?? Glad I just read Dante post about bcaas being next best thing. I can't order pepto. No credit card

Also. I was doing scoop isolate with bcaa and vitargo. And a week ago after lega I was crippled for 6 Fucking days

Since the. I read the isolate basicay negates the bcaa gettin in quick. (true?). So I dropped it and use two scoops aminocore. And soreness is way better.... Maybe my gear is kicking in too. Idk...
Might try 4 scoops and see if it eliminates all soreness

2. When you finish the final 1/3 post work out how long do wait before you have another meal?
