Right now with each meal I can only have 35 gram protein and 7g fat. Its hard to find filling foods. Can you help me.
I am doing chicken breast, almonds and walden zero calorie dressing.
Or turkey breast with Sugar free ketchup and couple omega 3 tabs.
Can you give me some other suggestions. I know its going to be hard.
