My mom was a Yankee and she hated frying stuff but the one thing she would fry regularly were pork chops - one of my favorite meals as child. I'd always eat at least two and this is at like 8 years old.Sunday is pork chop day at my house. So are other days, but Sunday is, too. I'll put down six or seven, easy.
