Pre contest coffee YAY or NAY

Okay this is for the guys that are competing or have competed.

Coffee consumption pre contest? Let's say a week out. I've talk to some that say drink up for energy and it's diuretic effect others have other thoughts on it.

So what's your take is black coffee with splender of coarse lol a good or bad thing pre contest??

I do find coffee can bloat me slightly in the stomach if I over do it but will clear in a day. In contest condition id imagine it's next to impossible to function without it. I've never been that lean, would fucking kill me lol.
