I struggle with high hematocrit issues and so NPP, anadrol, dbol, tren, eq is not an option for me. For example, i went to the doc in october and hct was 52.5. This was 3 months after donating blood and 10 weeks after finishing an test/npp cycle of 360,300mg. Mid october i started test only at 600-660mg and when i went to donate at blood institute in february, i was right at the cut off of 20 hemaglobin. However, im nor sure how accurate the handheld hemacue device they use is. Ive been cruising on rougly 250 test since then.

From the resesrch ive done, it seems that primo is fairly mild all around. I plan on running it at 400-600mg for atleast 20 weeks with test at 250-300 max. May possibly throw in anavar at the end. Ive never done anavar either. Will be donating blood every 12 weeks on this cycle to help keep hct low. Any experiences with primo and hct?
Have also been on meditrope gh at approx 3iu since december and will be continuing that.

As i wrote on another thread you need to use something to fix hematology.
Low iron diet.
Telmisartan (start low like 40mg)
Nattokinase.

These solved the issues a friend of m
ine had... Donating blood isn't a good idea. Just a fast way to lower EVERYTHING in blood even the good things.

I was very very surprised how much does drops hematocrit.
I was always borderline high and would donate from time to time as well..

After a good 6-7 months of doing spin I am no way here high anymore.

I had no idea it had this big of an impact

That’s actually why I am experimenting with some Androl tabs I have been sitting on for years.

Kinda wanted to see what it does on a calorie restricted / fasting diet

How many times a week do you do spin? I used to do it once or twice a week. What about low intensity steady state cardio?

it has to be high intensity from what I learned..
150-160 plus
Your body some how recycles them when you at that level of intensity.
I’m sure there’s plenty online that can go into more detail.
130 might help but I will convert much faster if the intensity increases.
I spin 4 times a week
Most time 30 min , a few 45 min sessions, here and there.

whats spin ?

Primo and Var can provide you with another set of issues. Both will affect you lipids, but in my experience it’s just temporary. Guess it depends on your age and what your willing to put in your body.

Primo never touched my hematocrit, even at 900mg/ week.
It never touched my LDL or apoB either.
It did tank my HDL. Everything has a price... no free lunch.

cycling on a bike like peloton

so steady state cardio doesnt lower your hemo but hiit or high intense cardio does ?? if so thats great info

I cannot speak on steady state …
I do know for a fact that intense cardio does work very well for me.
On occasion, I donate blood and have for 10 years.
My personal experience is intense cardio works for lowering !

How did you find it at 900? Always used mast wondering if it’s worth the switch.

Loved it. Primo doesn't dry me out as much. Joints feel better than they do on mast.

curcumin helps with hematocrit
