Also I don't do that hold in your mouth or under your tongue stuff. I swallow it and drink a full glass of grapefruit juice. The absorption benifits of grapefruit does way more than holding it under your tongue.
I think in one answer RS said he didn't think it would enhance its biovailability as it wasn't effected by the enzymes that gf juice negated.
Im sure it will have more benefit than not doing it though.
I always roll it gently, I never shake any peptides, as they can fragment.

doesn't that just apply to peptides? I didn't think that applied to research chemicals though.
The hunger really kicked in today. I am glad I am bulking because i'm getting stressed out when I don't eat. The hunger is a bit much. I don't think the stress is related to the peptides though. I get stressed some days even before I started these.
