I run 200mg test and 50mg drol ed, a small dose since I'm not huge or trying to put on a ton of size and my goals are to stay lean, healthy, and tweak things (dosage, compounds, training, )
I began using gh (2iu now up to 3) and slin pre workout. Starting at 2 iu and adding 2iu each week. I'm now up to 15iu pre workout and I consume about 120g carbs pre workout and am fine, with a large carb meal post workout and smarties on hand incase I'd ever need them.
If I increased the slin I could just pull carbs from other meals and insert them into my pre workout meal. My question, is there any benefit of going over 15 iu? It seems like that is already a higher dose from what I've read on forums even though I worked up to it over time.
At this point, would it be smarter to take half post workout? Or keep 15 pre and use 2 post, and start increasing the second dose gradually over time?
Am fasted glucose is fine no issues there and I also use berberine and keep carbs low on off days to keep insulin sensitivity high. I only use slin 3x a week as I do full body m,w,f.
