Started almighty Bpc 157

Just took first shot of bp157 from Almighty and no pip whatsoever.

I’m using this to help a nagging partial torn elbow tendon/ligament

Alright so into day 2.

Again no pip to speak of.

I should add I reconstitute with 1ml of bac water to give me a daily dose of 500mcg at 10 iu.

I’m shooting directly into the area alternating between bicep and elbow.

So far on day 2 there is a noticeable decrease in inflammation that I can palpate at the tendon.

Let’s keep this train rolling!

Thanks for the update. I've used Almighty's BPC twice for a torn labrum in my shoulder. In my experience, BPC isn't a miracle drug but it definitely helps. I've been very pleased with Almighty.

Noticeable decrease in inflammation on the second day? First time Iv ever heard anyone say it worked that fast lol certainly never happened for me. Just recently used it for an elbow issue and it did nothing at all. Weird.

I’d say give it another shot from another source from what I’ve been reading it’s hit or miss that way but when it’s a hit it definitely makes a difference

Is it a tendon or ligament? Never heard of an elbow tendon lol. Why would there be PIP with BPC?

I found it helped me with inflammation. But once i stopped i was about back to where i was before i started it. Seems to depend on how damaged the tissue is.

Same thing happened to me first time I tried it, I stopped usage a couple days after pain subsided and it came back. I ran it again, ran an extra 2-3 weeks after pain subsided, it didn't come back.

I have used it several times with no results for months at a time. Other then some pain dissipating from less inflammation but then it would come back once i stopped use and went back to real training. I always try things more then once before i decide it is ineffective.I was also training for over 35 years before i used it or TB-500 etc all with zero results. If something is actually torn it doesn't seem to heal the tear, i.e. bring the edges back together or fill it in. Or bring back cartilage that has worn away. For irritated tendons etc i can see where it may have promise.
