Splitting my legs in two separate workouts has made the most difference for me. I'll use the belt squat, leg press and seated calf machine on Mon then on Thu Prone/Seated hamstring curls and leg extensions. I can get way more done this way vs cramming it all in one. During this week the upper body gets a break. I rotate upper body one week, legs the next. I am growing and joints feel better than ever.
