I've tried various dosing options over the years...What worked best for me was 4ml/ed of each split am and pm.....

Neither have I, Synthepure, Synthelamin, and Synthergine are awesome, but I have never used there Synthetine or Syntheselen so it will be first with those two products and I am excited to try them.
