How long of a break have you taken in the past?

Do you know how long it takes for one's l-carn levels to drop back to baseline after cessation?

A buddy gave me four bottles he had stored at room temp in the back of a drawer (zero light) for about a year.

They should have an expiry date sticker on the bottom of each bottle but even that is just a guildline. They will be fine. Let people know how you find the product. I am dosing it 3.5ml pre workout now and loving the results.

I never noticed the exp date -- these should be good to go; it says 2019.
Thank you for the help

To start out I will be using 2ml pre-workout and having pre- and intra- carbs for some endogenous slin.
Looking forward to adding it.
