This study investigates the modulatory effect of tadalafil, a selective phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor, on the neuroprotective effects of ischemic postconditioning (iPoCo) in mice. Bilateral carotid artery occlusion (BCAO) for 12 min followed by reperfusion for 24 h was employed to produce ischemia and reperfusion induced cerebral injury. Cerebral infarct size was measured using TTC staining. Memory was assessed using the Morris water maze test. Degree of motor incoordination was evaluated using inclined beam-walking, rota-rod, and lateral push tests. Brain nitrite/nitrate, acetylcholinesterase activity, TBARS, and glutathione levels were also estimated. BCAO followed by reperfusion produced a significant increase in cerebral infarct size, brain nitrite/nitrate and TBARS levels, and acetylcholinesterase activity along with a reduction in glutathione. Marked impairment of memory and motor coordination was also noted. iPoCo consisting of 3 episodes of 10 s carotid artery occlusion and reperfusion instituted immediately after BCAO significantly decreased infarct size, memory impairment, motor incoordination, and altered biochemistry. Pretreatment with tadalafil mimicked the neuroprotective effects of iPoCo. The tadalafil-induced neuroprotective effects were significantly attenuated by l-NAME, a nonselective NOS inhibitor. We concluded that tadalafil mimics the neuroprotective effects of iPoCo, probably through a nitric oxide dependent pathway, and PDE-5 could be a target of interest with respect to the neuroprotective mechanism of iPoCo.

Hmm... well what I read showed nothing more than 2-3 points, basically nothing. Maybe it varies by individual and that was the aggregate. Didn't save the paper though or I'd share.

My bp went from dangerously high to perfect after a few days high dose.
This was my situation. I was on prescription Vasodilators for high bp for years. I took myself off them because one lowered testosterone and the other was highly addictive. Stopping made my bp skyrocket. When I added in tadalafil it brought things back to normal.

So on tadalafil how do you feel after your heavy squat/deads working sets when your blood pressure generally spikes high during the set followed by a big dip in blood pressure when the set is done. I already feel like I'm about to faint after my final set, so if my BP drops even lower from tadalafil I will be out cold on the floor. Or will that not be an issue? That worry is what's stopping me from trying it out pre workout.

My knees are so bad I can't do body weight squats. Not sure. It's similar to if you take an NO product preworkout but stronger.

I had the best pump today hitting chest with supersets of medial delt and rotator cuff exercises. I took 30mg tadalafil today an hour preworkout.

Tadalafil is one of my favorite research liquid products. The size of my penis, both flaccid and erect is much larger in length and thickness for two days after dosing it. I love that you only have to dose tadalafil every other day to always be ready for better sex, with greater genital sensitivity and increased drive.

Another property that's awesome about tadalafil is the increased blood flow from vasodilation of the blood vessels which gives a killer pump in the gym. Originally, tadalafil was created for use in those with high blood pressure. This is a huge benefit in using tadalafil preworkout as it opens blood vessels thereby lowering blood pressure and protecting one from potential heart attack while training. In my 27 years of lifting weights I have come across several men who had a heart attack while squatting heavy and dead lifting heavy. Tadalafil could have possibly prevented their negative fate.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) with no successful intercourse at the baseline with tadalafil.

METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed 21 cases of ED with no successful intercourse at the baseline treated with tadalafil on alternate days combined with sex guidance.

RESULTS: After 4 weeks of tadalafil treatment, 19 of the patients achieved successful sexual intercourse, and the IIEF-5 score was remarkably improved as compared with pre-medication (3.24 +/- 1.55 vs 18.95 +/- 3.02, P<0.0001). Mild adverse reactions were observed in 6 cases, including 2 cases of mild headache and 4 cases of facial blush.

CONCLUSION: Tadalafil on alternate days combined with sex guidance can significantly improve ED with no successful intercourse at the baseline.

I completely agree. There's nothing like a good cialis pump. Vascularity is unbelievable and it seems you keep the pump longer after finishing a workout apposed to any other supplementation maybe due to increased nitrogen retention?

My friend just started using Superior tadalafil. He has tried many different research companies but always felt the tadalafil was weak so he switched to pharma grade tabs. He just started our tadalafil and he said it's good stuff. It's the best of the research liquid versions he has used. That's howI feel too. It's much stinger than the other half dozen companies I tried.

I'm running low on tadalafil so I dropped my dose to 20mg today and added 50mg dbol. I took them 4.5 hours preworkout. Talk about a pump to die for!!!!

Heck ya! That's my dose. I need to order more. I had to cut my dose to 15mg but the pump is better at 30+mg.

Holy Moly. I have done 12.5mg ED since Saturday and hit chest and shoulder this morning. I have NEVER had a pump like that before. To say it was painful is an understatement. I almost couldn't drive to work because my shoulders were so tight I could hardly turn the steering wheel. Insane.
